Our leadership coaching is designed to meet the challenge in a rapidly changing world.  It’s clear that what worked in the past won’t work in the present let alone the future.

The research has shown, 60 to 80% of our problems in a company stem from clashes of personalities, poor leadership, and clashing values. All three of them stem from how much you understand yourself and others. It’s cultural intelligence. It’s people skills. Not soft skills.

Coaching Format

The coaching can be done One-on-One Coaching or in Group, virtually or face to face.

The Coaching Program

We use the latest methods in leadership and intercultural management in our coaching with the following steps:

  • Diagnostic: individual and team assessment, fact-finding on existing context, the goals, etc.
  • Identification: identify the gaps, natural strengths, and the potential struggle of participating executives or teams.
  • Program Development: provide relevant support to daily work/task by laying out the steps that should be used when executing the task.
  • Skill Development: customised design for each personality type to improve behavioural flexibility, cultural intelligence and leadership skill
