Bringing Learning to Life with the ADDIE Framework
Instructional design isn’t just about creating content—it’s about creating transformation. I use the ADDIE framework (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to turn complex goals into engaging, results-driven learning experiences. Whether I’m designing a leadership course, a DEI workshop, or a safety culture program, ADDIE provides the backbone for clear, effective, and human-centered learning.

Evaluation
This initial phase involves identifying the learning needs, analyzing the target audience, and determining the specific learning objectives.

In this phase, instructional strategies, learning activities, and assessment methods are planned to meet the identified needs.
Learning Architecture

This phase focuses on creating the actual training materials and resources, such as lesson plans, presentations, or e-learning modules.
The training is delivered to the target audience, ensuring that it is implemented as designed.
This final phase assesses the effectiveness of the training, gathering feedback from learners and measuring the impact of the program.
